자동차 문제...

2004 nissan sentra를 소유하고 있는데67000마일 정도 탔구요. 문제는 자동차 시동걸때 처음에 엔진이 불안하게 떨리면서 걸리거나 2번이상 시동을 걸어야 할때가 많습니다. 아침이나 낮이나 똑같이... 정비소 가서 왠만한 검사는 다해봤는데 결국하는말은 조금 더 타다가 다른 차로 바꾸라고 합니다. 근데 제가 작년에 차사고가 나서 고친적이 있는데 그후로 이런 현상이 심해졌습니다. 제가 그쪽 사고자 혹은 보험회사한테 다시 클레임 같은걸 할수 있나요 아님 그냥 제돈으로 더 고쳐야하나요....ㅠㅠ
